Shipping Policy

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours except those received on Sundays and holidays.

UAE shipping rates

  • For total purchases on checkout worth at least AED 150.00: Free shipping

  • For total purchases on checkout worth AED 149.00 or less: AED 30.00 flat rate

GCC shipping rates

  • For total purchases on checkout worth at least US$ 200.00: Free shipping

  • For total purchases on checkout worth US$ 199 or less: US$ 20.42 flat rate

International shipping rates

  • For total purchases on checkout worth at least US$ 200.00: Free shipping

  • For total purchases on checkout worth US$ 199 or less: US$ 26.96 flat rate

Estimated delivery time

Expect your orders to arrive in two to three business days for UAE orders and two weeks for international orders. We do our best to process and deliver orders as soon as we receive them. However, delays may be unavoidable due to but not limited to the following:

  • Weekends and holidays at point of origin and destination country

  • Covid-19 safety protocol restrictions currently in place

  • The volume of orders received especially during peak season

  • Postal policies and regulations of the destination country

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once you have placed and paid for your order, we will provide you with shipment confirmation and a tracking number via email. Cash on delivery is available only for orders within the United Arab Emirates.

Damages during shipping

If you received damaged order, please get in touch with the shipment carrier or notify us by clicking HERE. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Refunds Or Replacement

Our return policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days starting on the day you received your purchase. 

You are eligible for a refund or replacement when:

  • The product is defective

  • The product sent is the wrong one

All returns will be inspected. The product must be in original packaging, and must not be customer-damaged, soiled or used, to be valid for a replacement or refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Sale and clearance items

Items bought on store sale or clearance items cannot be returned or eligible for a refund.

Return shipping items

  • Contact us first before returning an item.

  • Buyer pays for the return shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. Original shipping costs are not included in the refund.

  • Please ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, we may reject a refund.

Refunds

All refunds will be coursed through credit card / Paypal refund; or for COD orders, thru bank deposit to an account under the same name used to order the product. Generally, you'll receive a refund within seven to 14 business days after merchandise inspection and refund approval.
